Members of South Pacific Health Club enjoy free entry into the following fitness classes

CLASS DURATION ACTIVITY
BODY ATTACK
60 mins A simple, high-intensity class that’s fully optioned to cater for all fitness levels. You’ll experience high-energy sports training moves for cardiovascular fitness, along with upper and lower body conditioning exercises.
BODY COMBAT 60 mins Kick, punch, blast away those kilojoules in this pre-choreographed aerobic workout.
BODYPUMP 60 mins A resistance training class that utilises the barbell to a pre-choreographed routine. Suitable for all levels. It is recommended to try a Beginers Pump prior to this class
TUMMY, HIPS AND THIGHS (THT) 60 mins A low impact dynamic class designed for all fitness levels. Emphasis is on strength and toning those problem areas.
SPINNING 45 mins An outdoor cycle simulation brought indoors away from the elements. A challenging and motivating class that allows you to be in control of the intensity of your workout.
MAT PILATES
BEGINNERS & INTERMEDIATE
60 mins A class incorporating and establishing the key principles of pilates at a comprehensive yet challenging and cardiovascular level. This class is suitable for participants who have limited or no injuries. Suitable for all levels.
MAT PILATES ADAVANCED 60 mins This is an advanced class incorporating all the key principles at a fluent, dynamic and cardiovascular level. For the experienced Pilates participant only.
BEGINNERS YOGA 60 mins Learn the fundamentals of yoga that includes basic moves and breathing techniques. Class also includes an insight into the various different styles of yoga.
YOGA HATHA 90 mins This is a more gentle type of yoga. With more focus on meditation, breathing and holding the poses for longer periods of time. It is a great introduction to yoga.
YOGA IYENGAR 90 mins Iyengar focuses on correct body alignment & allows the body to develop harmoniously in an anatomically correct method. Assists in eliminating aches and pains whilst improving posture.
YOGA ASHTANGA 90 mins Ashtanga yoga has a series of fast paced sequential poses. Students move from one posture to another in a continual flow and link movements to breath. It is a physically demanding yoga, which increases strength, flexibility and stamina.
YOGA DYNAMIC 90 mins The next step up. A flowing series of postures and breathing which includes a variety of yoga styles. If you are after a challenge this class is for you.
SUNRISE YOGA 75 mins Start your day off with 75mins of rejuvenating yoga. Incorporates bends and poses to awaken and invigorate your body for the day ahead.
AQUA CLASSES 60 mins A great cardiovascular and muscle toning class without the impact on joints. Improve your core strength whilst strengthening all major muscle groups. Suitable for all levels.
FELDENKRAIS
60 mins This body awareness program is fantastic for anyone with lower back problems, mobility and flexibility concerns. The focus is to re-educate ones nervous system through pattern integration.
