South Pacific has an extensive range of wellness and fitness classes every week employing qualified and experienced instructors. Classes include Yoga, Mat Pilates, BodyCombat, BodyPump, Spinning, Tummy Hips & Thighs, Feldenkrais, Deep Water Running and Aqua Fit.

This allows you unlimited access to the City Club, including group exercise classes, wellness programs, cardio machines, weight resistance machines and of course personalised exercise programs and review
- We cater for our early birds with morning classes before work, express classes during lunch breaks, and many classes after 5pm to finish the day off on a positive note.

A St Kilda Sea Baths Pool Card provides a convenient way to enjoy the Sea Baths; pool cards are valid for one person and have a twelve month expiry period.
